Return/refund Policy

Armor Express order - All orders are final upon submission to the armorer. Due to the vests being custom sized to the individual, once production has started it cannot be stopped. Concealable body armor may be exchanged within thirty days for a different size of the same style/part number free of charge for their custom fit guarantee. The maximum alteration of BRAVO soft panels is trimmed 1" in length and 1" on each side for a total of 2" width. Alteration fee is set by Armor Express. Hard armor equipment is not able to be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless an error has been made on the part of Phoenix Uniforms & Tactical, or Armor Express. The same applies to K9 carrier vests.

SafeLife Defense - All items undergo a quality control check for both physical and reason for return within 30 days of delivery to my store or you. The item will be eligible for refund less the shipping cost, and must be in new/unused/resalable condition. This policy holds true for size exchanges as well.

Clothing/apparel - All non altered items may be returned for a refund less shipping charges (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your item. If any alteration has had alterations, patching, or hemming services performed it is no longer able to be returned. Boots must not have been worn where there is visible tread wear, scuffing, or damage to the boot.

Equipment - Must be in new/unused/resalable condition with all packaging, pamphlets, and chargers (if applicable) present for a full refund less any shipping charges (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving your item. Items will be inspected for damage or blemishes at time of return.

Liability statement

Customers will not hold Phoenix Uniforms & Tactical or any of it's employees liable for injuries or death from use or failure of products provided. Warranty information for products is held by the manufacturer at time of purchase.
